The 'Ask about this product' section, always been known as the area in which to ask questions about various articles, getting answers from users who have made a purchase of the product in question, is now powered by yet another chatbot - without, however, being clearly highlighted. Only if you pay attention you can notice the tiny phrase: 'AI generated answer'.

As we have seen from recent stories about the affairs of chatbots, these interlocutors tend to share controversial facts and opinions that are extremely irrelevant to the role they are supposed to play. This one, specifically, lied about the working conditions of Amazon employees and recommended Nazi books among the correlates of a product.
