Is AI the future of education?

The reputation of artificial intelligence in education did not have a particularly great start: used as a shortcut for text generation and solving assignments, this technology quickly became a powerful enemy of education.

Some schools in the British Southeast, however, have recently begun to use it to facilitate the educational process, changing the general conception of the subject in question. Following this implementation, the U.K. government declared that artificial intelligence has the power to “transform education.”

The principal of one of the schools mentioned introduced a “AI associate,” an artificial intelligence in the guise of an educational director aimed at providing support to students and faculty. Courses on how to properly use this technology have been introduced at other institutions.
