Would having an AI boss be better than your current human one?

Why have a human owner when, in the age of technology, you can rely on an AI manager? The U.S. company Inspira has, in fact, recently released its own "autonomous AI manager," designed to help the agency's employees, who work remotely with flexible schedules, set schedules and plan their tasks in advance.

Like a real life boss, this artificial intelligence monitors their work time management, sends reminders aimed at facilitating schedules, and records the time used in communications with clients. It is also available to answer professional questions and give advice from a content-grammar perspective for any text written by employees.

Senior Manager of the company Student Marketing Agency, Hannu Rauma, recently introduced this technology within his company, stating that the help of AI has "added years to his life."
