Stalker Allegedly Created AI Chatbot on NSFW Platform to Dox and Harass Woman.

Obsession with real life people is a dangerous perversion. James Florence Junior, a Massachusetts citizen, was arrested on Wednesday 11 September on charges of stalking, harassment and doxing a female professor, his victim for seven years. The man is also accused of using artificial intelligence to create pornographic deepfakes of the woman.

The generated content was then used to build a chatbot representing her, complete with her name, address and publicly available personal data. Florence Jr. then provided the chatbot in question to at least two websites dedicated to the subject, and then built two more chatbots representing the victim. Within his sick project, the man generated and used 128 pornographic images of the woman.

As a result of the spread of artificial intelligence, and especially deepfake technology, criminals and abusers have begun to use these resources as tools to perpetrate their repulsive perversions. A rather worrying crisis is being right around the corner.
